Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to everything you share on PlateDate — including recipes and photos you submit and how you interact with a connected partner in Partner Mode. They form part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions. By using PlateDate you agree to follow them.

Content you submit

Partner Mode conduct

Partner Mode connects you with another user so you can plan meals together, which means some of your activity (such as your meal decisions and name) is shared with them. Be respectful, only connect with people you know or trust, and don't harass, threaten or abuse a partner. You can end a partner connection at any time from within the app.

Things you must not do

Enforcement

If content or behaviour breaks these guidelines, we may remove the content and — depending on the seriousness — suspend or permanently close the account involved. Where we can, we'll let you know, but we may act immediately to protect users or comply with the law.

Reporting a problem

If you see content or behaviour that breaks these guidelines, please report it to hello@platedate.date and we'll look into it.
